A leading technical firm in Monterrey is seeking a Technical Sales Support & Customer Training Engineer. This role involves providing support, conducting training workshops, and developing technical materials. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Engineering and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Advanced English skills are crucial, along with a customer-focused mindset. The position offers a monthly salary of MXN 25,000 gross and various employee benefits including private medical insurance and gym membership support.
Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León
Industry: Industrial accessories distributor (fluid transport hoses, fittings and flow control)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Work Mode: On-site
Travel: National and USA travel required
Visa & Passport: Required
Provide technical and commercial support and deliver specialized training to sales teams, distributors and end users, ensuring proper application of Dixon Valve solutions, strong customer relationships and increased sales effectiveness across the distribution network.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field
Experience: 1 to 2 years in technical support, application engineering, technical sales support or industrial environments
Advanced English required
Other Requirements: Valid U.S. Visa and Passport and availability to travel
Monthly Salary: MXN 25,000 gross
Payment: Biweekly
