As part of our continued growth in the northern region of the country, we are looking to add a new team member.

Position

Technical sales engineer

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, while providing leadership and guidance to the regional sales team.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and consistent results.
  • Identify and acquire new customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative, value-added solutions to both new and existing clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience working with CNC machines and in technical sales.
  • Background in automation, B2B sales, and programming.
  • Advanced conversational English.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Valid visa and passport.
