- Achieve sales targets and contribute to strategies for business growth in Mexico and LATAM.
- Manage existing accounts while developing new business opportunities in industrial markets.
- Communicate customer requirements clearly to ensure accurate and complete quotations.
- Deliver technical training, minor troubleshooting, and product support onsite.
- Conduct proactive prospecting and identify new applications for company solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and handle basic negotiations with clients.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and marketing initiatives to generate leads.
- Maintain strong organizational skills for reporting, follow-up, and CRM data accuracy.
- Interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD) and provide consultative technical solutions.
- Collaborate with global teams while traveling extensively across Mexico and LATAM.
Perfil buscado
A successful Technical Outside Sales Representative should have:
- Proven track record in technical industrial sales and business development within B2B environments.
- Solid technical background with experience in industrial sales; knowledge of aluminum extrusion or die-casting is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with high autonomy, managing priorities and frequent travel across Mexico and LATAM.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with experience collaborating in global teams.
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials) and solid technical aptitude for interpreting drawings and providing consultative solutions.
