If you have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Systems or a related field and solid experience in technical leadership and cloud based software development.

The Challenge:

The Tech Lead is responsible for driving the technical direction of the team ensuring alignment with architecture standards and delivery quality across backend frontend and DevOps areas. This role acts as a bridge between architecture product and development teams ensuring code quality security and scalability.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain software architecture patterns such as microservices APIs and modular design.
• Ensure best practices in coding testing CI CD and cloud infrastructure.
• Guide developers across frontend backend and DevOps through code reviews and mentoring.
• Drive automation performance improvements and cost efficiency on AWS.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• Full professional English

Experience and Skills:

• Programming proficiency in Java Nodejs or .NET
• Cloud AWS deep knowledge of AWS services
• CI CD and DevOps experience with Azure DevOps pipelines repositories artifact management Git and automated testing
• Microservices architecture event driven design REST and GraphQL APIs Docker and Kubernetes
• SQL databases
• Monitoring and observability using AWS CloudWatch ELK EFK Grafana and Application Insights
• Agile delivery using Jira or Azure Boards

Experience Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in software development
• 3-5 years leading development teams
• Proven experience delivering large scale cloud native applications
• Experience in Agile and DevOps environments with mature CI CD
• Experience in cost optimization and performance tuning on AWS
