Descripción de la vacante

Una empresa líder en ciencias de la vida busca un profesional para impulsar la innovación en prácticas de adquisición de talento. El candidato ideal debe poseer una licenciatura en recursos humanos o campos relacionados, con 3 a 5 años de experiencia en reclutamiento y análisis de datos. Las habilidades analíticas y fuertes capacidades de comunicación en inglés y español son esenciales. Esta posición es de tiempo completo y está ubicada en México, Morelos.

Formación

  • De 3 a 5 años de experiencia requerida en Adquisición de Talento o Análisis de Datos.
  • Fuerte comprensión de principios de diversidad e inclusión.
  • Experiencia comprobada en investigación de mercado laboral y análisis de competidores.

Responsabilidades

  • Recoger, analizar e interpretar datos del mercado laboral, inteligencia de competidores y tendencias.
  • Actuar como referente funcional para impulsar la innovación en prácticas de Adquisición de Talento.
  • Proporcionar recomendaciones basadas en datos para fortalecer la presencia de Bayer en canales digitales.

Educación

Licenciatura en recursos humanos, Administración de Empresas, Análisis de Datos o un campo relacionado

Major Tasks
  • Collect, Analyze and interpret labor market data, competitor intelligence and trends to influence strategic hiring decisions.
  • Translate the TA dashboard and KPI´s into actionable recommendations for recruiters, TA lead, TA Sr Partner and business stakeholders.
  • Identify talent demands from the recruiters and Sr Partner and propose innovative sourcing strategies. Innovation & Experience
  • Act as the functional reference for driving innovation in Talent Acquisition practices, tools and technology.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve candidate and hiring manager experience through data and feedback loops. Employer Branding
  • Provide data-based recommendations to strengthen Bayer´s presence in digital channels and talent communities.
  • Support and provide intelligence for university alliances identifying key institutions and skills pipeline. Strategic Talent Programs
  • Partner with TA Lead, Sr Partner and recruiters to map critical talent pools and create proactive pipelines for future needs.

Analytical & Research Skills
  • Advanced data analysis capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex labor market data and talent trends.
  • Strong research skills in competitor benchmarking, talent mapping, and sourcing analytics. Strategic & Business Acumen
  • Ability to connect talent insights to broader business strategies and workforce planning.
  • Experience translating data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and talent intelligence platforms.
  • Familiarity with labor market intelligence tools and recruitment marketing platforms.
Core Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders using data-driven storytelling.
  • Skilled in building partnerships across HR, recruitment, and business functions.
  • Creative approach to developing sourcing strategies and improving candidate experience.
  • Comfortable introducing and implementing new tools, technologies, and processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Intelligence, HR Analytics.
  • Proven track record in labor market research, competitor analysis, and talent mapping.
  • Experience preferably in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and their application in talent strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data visualization software, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint. - From 3 - 5 years of experience required
