Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts across Mexico.

In this role, you will oversee a team of recruiters, drive full‑cycle recruiting strategies, and ensure we attract, engage, and hire top talent that aligns with our business goals and culture.

You'll act as a key partner to business leaders, providing market insights, optimizing hiring processes, and building a strong employer brand in the region.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team of recruiters, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
  • Use data and analytics to track hiring metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles and hard‑to‑fill positions.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, job boards, and recruitment platforms.
  • Champion employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer in Mexico.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with all local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Lead diversity hiring efforts and inclusive recruiting practices.
  • Collaborate with regional/global HR and TA teams to align on best practices, tools, and technology.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience hiring across a variety of functions (e.g., commercial, tech, operations).
  • Strong knowledge of the talent market in Mexico and regional hiring trends.
  • Hands‑on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
  • Bilingual: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth or matrixed environment is a plus.
