A leading video solutions provider is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their global HR team in Veracruz, Mexico. In this role, you'll own the entire recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, managing assessments, and providing a high-quality hiring experience. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, and fluency in English. We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global HR team.
You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, build and nurture strong talent pipelines, and deliver a fast, high-quality hiring experience that directly contributes to our company's growth and success worldwide.
Execute targeted hiring strategies to identify, and hire high-quality talent across sales, technical, and business roles.
Proactively source candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
Track and report key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline quality, candidate conversion rates) to support continuous improvement.
Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring candidates clearly understand the company's mission, values, and employee experience.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, and facilitating selection decisions.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
~3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in software or technology companies.
~ Fluent English communication skills.
~ Experience supporting global recruitment, ideally across Europe and APAC.
~ Proficiency with recruiting and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other platforms.
