A leading adhesive company seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner in Monterrey, Nuevo León. You will drive recruitment efforts for salaried roles in Latin America, crafting job postings, screening candidates, and enhancing employer branding. Qualified candidates should have a bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of recruiting experience, and be fluent in both English and Spanish. This hybrid role requires onsite presence 3-4 days a week.

Formación

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in the organization's growth by identifying, engaging, and selecting talent that aligns with our values, contributes to our culture, and drives the success of our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, execute recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role will recruit for salaried-level positions in Mexico, Costa Rica, and other roles throughout Latin America.

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León (Hybrid with 3-4 days/week onsite)

Primary Responsibilities
  • Create compelling job postings across internal and external platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Utilize recruitment technology and sourcing tools to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Screen and interview candidates and be able to communicate the organization’s business model, values, and structure to candidates effectively.
  • Provide timely updates and a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives through social media content management and event coordination.
  • Coordinate and attend industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote employer brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HR partners and other stakeholders to support business needs.
  • Participate in process improvement and technology enhancement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, human resources or a related role. Experience recruiting in other countries in Latin America is highly preferred.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages to communicate with stakeholders in a multi-language environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Experience in conducting competency-based interviews and utilizing behavioral interview techniques.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technology tools, Workday experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in employer branding strategies and utilizing social media platforms for recruitment.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills to foster connections within the industry.
