A global logistics company located in Veracruz is searching for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment strategies and drive talent acquisition goals. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, proven management abilities, and strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, managing the acquisition team, and ensuring compliance with policies. This role involves the potential for travel across various regions in Mexico.

Formación

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Manager in relevant industries.
  • Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations.

  • Drive Talent Acquisition goals and objectives for resourcing and start-up accounts, including manpower deployment targets, recruitment strategies, processing timelines, and ATS implementation.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders to define, design, and implement acquisition and workforce planning solutions that enhance team and business effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic direction for acquisition and pipeline strategies, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and innovative employer branding initiatives.
  • Advise on best practices for hiring methodologies, recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, screening tools, cultural fit assessments, and employee engagement programs.
  • Develop creative social recruitment strategies to strengthen employer branding.
  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team to achieve performance targets and individual goals.
  • Proactively manage the annual Talent Acquisition budget, driving cost savings through process improvement initiatives.
  • Plan and organize recruitment activities, identify alternative sourcing channels, and conduct interviews for managerial and senior management roles prior to endorsement.
  • Serve as ATS Champion, ensuring effective utilization of applicant tracking systems.
  • Oversee Recruiters performance through regular feedback and reviews, ensuring alignment with team goals across site accounts.
  • Analyze recruitment data and reports to recommend process improvements.
  • Act as Country TA Lead for APAC, reporting strategies, sharing best practices, and monitoring system implementation progress.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Privacy policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 features, Power BI, Oracle, and applicant tracking systems.
What we’re looking for:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Manager in manufacturing, warehousing, retail, consumer goods, technology, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
  • Strategic thinker with strong decision-making skills to identify and address recruitment challenges
  • Willingness to travel across Metro Manila, CALABARZON, North Luzon, and nationwide for start-up accounts.
  • Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
