A recruiting services firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a large SAAS company in Mexico. This fully remote role provides the opportunity to work with a high-paced team involving scheduling interviews, preparing documentation, and maintaining confidentiality. Ideal candidates have over 3 years of experience in tech recruiting, are fluent in English and Spanish, and have used ATS Greenhouse. This is a six-month contract position offering flexibility and collaboration within diverse teams.

Formación

  • 3+ years of recruiting coordinator experience for a large tech company.
  • Experience working for a US-based company.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

We have a large SAAS company client who is looking for a recruiting coordinator in Mexico. This role is fully remote and a six-month contract. Candidates may live anywhere in Mexico.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved
  • Prepare and distribute interview materials, including job descriptions, candidate resumes, and interview schedules
  • Generate and distribute offer letters and other hiring documentation
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive candidate and company information
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of recruiting coordinator experience fora large tech company
  • Experience working for a US-based company
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using ATS Greenhouse
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
