What You’ll Do
  • Manages the purchasing process by preparing and generating purchase orders, requesting material quotations, and negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with authorized suppliers.
  • Performs supplier evaluations and comparative analyses of cost, quality, service, and delivery times to ensure optimal sourcing decisions.
  • Ensures timely and accurate deliveries by monitoring supplier performance and resolving discrepancies related to quality, quantity, packaging, or delivery schedules.
  • Maintains procurement records and systems, including supplier files, open purchase orders, and inventory control through Kanban and ROP systems.
  • Supports continuous improvement initiatives by identifying new suppliers, analyzing special material requirements, and maintaining inventory levels in line with company policies.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain preferably within a medical environment.
  • Fluent in English

Work Schedule
  • May include variable start/end times outside of the company’s standard business hours of 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Compensation

Actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for a bonus.
