You will own the supplier quality reporting directly to the SQM Leader, overseeing supplier quality performance, inspection plans, and lead measurements. This role requires leadership and motivation skills. The SQM area ensures the quality of raw materials used for production.

Primary responsibilities:

• Lead Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
• Support production line operations
• Follow up on non-conformance materials from suppliers
• Lead measurements for special inspections required by departments or suppliers
• Drive NCC (Non-Conformance Cost) recovery from the supply base
• Manage 8D reports for supplier non-conformances

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

• Degree in Quality, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• 6 months of proven engineering experience (internships are welcome)
• Proficient in English
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of digital tools like Power BI, Tableau
• Familiarity with SAP, Minitab systems
• Basic knowledge of Six Sigma tools, Thermoset, thermoplastics, metal stamping, ISO, VDA, APQP, Core Tools, Negotiation, 8D, PPAP
• Results-oriented
• Teamwork and decision-making skills
