A leading technology company in Tijuana, Mexico, is seeking a Senior Executive to oversee store operations, manage a team, and ensure compliance with ISO standards. Key responsibilities include supervising the receipt and issue of materials, managing PR material kitting, and facilitating customer inspections. Formación

  • Experience in managing a team of at least 10 members.
  • Familiarity with ISO records and audit procedures.
  • Ability to maintain records for quality assurance test certificates.

Responsabilidades

  • Supervise overall Stores operations including Receipt, Storage, Issue.
  • Attend customer inspections for spares and track material availability.
  • Manage PR material kitting and track inventory shortages.

  • Overall super vison of Stores – team of 10 members (Receipt – Storage – Issue)
  • PR shortlist – data maintaining and follow mė
  • Keeping track on receipt of Bought out parts
  • Attending Customer inspection for Spares
  • PR – Material kitting and issue activity
  • Keeping track on material addition and update the same in line shortage file
  • Space Management
  • Sharing receipt information for Volumetric material to team
  • ISO record and audit
  • Battery consumption report to Safety officer
  • scrap activity
  • MRN activity
  • STSO Activity
  • GAR activity in absence of Pathak
  • rejection activity in absence of Pathak
  • Audit workxae
  • Maintaining record for cases where QA has issued Test Certificate of Components
