A leading international snack company is looking for a Field Sales Manager based in Acapulco, Guerrero, to lead a representative team and ensure the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and extensive experience in sales management, along with strong organizational and communication skills. The role involves developing client relationships and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned area. The position is full-time with no relocation support available.

Overview
  • You lead a field sales representative team to ensure delivery of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets for a particular area.
  • You work closely with cross‑functional colleagues to deliver on activation and reporting against KPIs.
How You Will Contribute
  • Manage, develop and motivate the team and collaborate with the sales capability team to deliver training.
  • Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPI’s and targets and provide reporting as required.
  • Manage winning customer relationships that facilitate "best in industry" execution of our categories.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders (account team, category, activation, sales capability and customer finance) to provide the optimum return across your area.
  • Fully understand category and insights knowledge, coaching the team in the use of category tools to engage and influence customers to make informed decisions that will grow our categories and deliver our annual plan.

  • Esto puede implicar visitas periódicas a clientes, negociaciones de contratos y resolución de problemas.
  • Seguimiento de ventas por ruta.
  • Gestionar el presupuesto asignado para actividades de ventas, como viajes, materiales de marketing y eventos.
  • Supervisar al personal para garantizar que realicen las tareas correctas según el estándar prescrito.
  • Liderar y desarrollar su equipo de trabajo, entrenar y tomar decisiones.

  • 15 colaboradores a cargo (Son foráneos) San Jose Iturbide en Guanajuato.
