How will you contribute to our magical experience? :

The Supervisor, Brand Commercialization(Disney Classics and Pixar)plays a key role in the development and execution of Americasstrategies & franchise initiatives, with the goal of driving licensing business & consumer engagement. Our Brand Commercialization team collaborates with partners across Disney Licensing including content partners, category and retail teams, marketing, PR, and other key stakeholders across Disney Consumer Products to drive retail sales across the Americas region with a focus on the Disney Classics and Pixar Franchises.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, The Americas Brand Commercialization

The Supervisor Americas Brand Commercialization will be responsible for :
  • Assistin the development andimplementationof Americasstrategic plans to drive business results, including merchandise, retail, & creative strategies.
  • Assistin the development of commercialization strategies, via campaign ideation & development for retail and licensing partners.
  • Support brand franchise activations including social media, influencer marketing, email & digital advertising.
  • Applyacquiredbrand knowledge, review all marketing, social and retailcollateralsubmittedby licenseesfor approvals.
  • Develop &maintainbrand franchise tools, including pitch decksand confidently present them to internal and external partners, including key licensees and retailers.
  • Manage projects to meet key milestones based on business needs.
  • Track licensee and retailer support for licensed merchandise associated with key evergreen properties as well asnew contentreleases.
  • Manage sensitive early asset delivery process.
  • Liaise with Licensees and Retailers as needed.
  • Act as a key contact and manage relationships with internal cross-functional partners.
  • Build relationships with global partners and ensuretimely& transparentcommunication.
  • Think strategically and with a solution-oriented approach.
What we need from you to be part of this story :
  • 3+ years prior brand management,franchise / brand strategy and / or marketing experience. Preferred Industries : Media & Entertainment, Consumer Goods, Communication & Advertising and Technology.
  • Degree in Marketing (preferred) or related careers.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and Spanish native.
  • Self-starter and highly motivated
  • Exceptional organizational & project management skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize & manage to multiple deadlines
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to create and present engaging presentation skills. Presentation experience to large groupsrequired
  • Adept at engaging & collaborating with colleagues at all levels to develop &maintainsolid relationships
  • Thrives in a team environment
  • Agile and responsive – can thrive in ambiguous business situations.
