Strategic Ventures Lead

Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Leadership: Own end-to-end execution of strategic projects, ensuring each reaches measurable milestones and traction. Develop action plans that align with the company's growth objectives and maintain accountability for their success.
• Exponential Growth Initiatives: Identify untapped market opportunities and propose innovative strategies to achieve rapid expansion. Lead internal spin-off ventures, from initial feasibility assessments to launch and operational handover.
• Strategic Research & Definition: Stay at the forefront of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape analyses. Translate insights into actionable proposals that drive our competitive edge.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product, marketing, finance, operations, and other teams to ensure a holistic approach to project delivery. Maintain transparent communication channels for efficient decision-making and alignment.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare and present progress updates, results, and future plans to the Director of Strategy and C-level executives. Facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams to guarantee successful long‑term project adoption.
• Reporting & Collaboration: Report directly to the Director of Strategy, maintain daily interaction with the C-level team, and work cross–functionally with various internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to think strategically while also driving operational execution.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and exploring new business opportunities.
• Demonstrated success in managing partnerships and relationships effectively.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
