A manufacturing organization in Ciudad Juárez seeks a Program Manager to oversee programs aligning with its mission. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business and at least 5 years of program management experience. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess strong stakeholder management skills, and have experience in a manufacturing setting. The successful candidate will develop strategic programs and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in program management.
• Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals.
• Developing new programs to support the strategic direction.
• Creating and managing long-term goals.
• Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
• Managing a team with diverse talents and responsibilities.

• Meeting with stakeholders to ensure transparent communication.
