Formación

  • University degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing sales.
  • Commercial mindset and passion for Rappi's strategy and competitive position.
  • Ability to define, develop and lead large programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self starter with ability to navigate through ambiguity.
  • Proven track record in establishing strong client relationships.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Deep desire to work in a startup environment.
  • Fluency in English or Spanish.

Responsabilidades

  • Own the relationship with strategic partners and be the single point of contact.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners to understand their challenges.
  • Create joint business plans to grow partners' online stores.
  • Drive excellence in service levels with partners.
  • Identify new opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Help partners expand their user base by designing initiatives.
  • Communicate Rappi’s value proposition through partners' channels.
  • Review business performance and create gap-closing initiatives.
  • Monitor conversion funnels and propose quick solutions.
