Formación

The Opportunity

We seek a talented, experienced senior consultant/architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing and implementing hybrid cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on software‑defined networking, as well as support sales teams in pre‑sales by helping them offer the best of our solutions to customers. You will work closely with customers, engineers, and infrastructure teams to ensure robust, scalable, and high‑performance enterprise architectures, and with other Nutanix architects to develop new service offerings and toolkits.

Your Role

• Actively engage in billable project work, dedicating up to 70% of your time to ensure successful completion.
• Conduct customer‑focused design workshops to introduce Nutanix products and gather requirements, assumptions, and constraints for design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to find solutions and resolve technical issues.
• Design and deploy Nutanix hybrid cloud solutions like NC2 (Nutanix clusters on AWS, Azure and GCP).
• Design and deploy networking infrastructure defined by software with Nutanix Flow Virtual Networking.
• Design and deploy network and application tier segmentation strategies with Nutanix Flow Microsegmentation.
• Ensure to develop a suitable solution aligned with customer business outcomes and requirements.
• Create design documentation using enterprise architecture frameworks and toolkits.
• Provide pre‑sales support as an expert, enhancing the sales process and delivering added value to proposed solutions.
• Define activities, objectives, milestones, deliverables and the required effort to deliver customer business outcomes.
• Work with Practice Development teams, creating and improving toolkits, best practices, guides and tutorials.

What You Will Bring

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience designing and deploying network infrastructure defined by software.
• 4+ years experience designing and deploying customer solutions with public cloud concepts (like AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Proven experience in network technologies such as ingress/egress, firewalls, proxies, load balancers, subnet overlay and dynamic routing.
• Hands‑on experience with network micro‑segmentation (e.g. Cisco ACI, Akamai Guardicore, VMware NSX or Nutanix Flow)
• Experience integrating software‑defined networking and micro‑segmentation with virtualization platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize software‑defined networking environments.
• Cisco CCNA or equivalent certification as well as VMware VCP‑NV or equivalent.
• Cloud solutions architect certification from AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Ability to interactively whiteboard solutions with customers.
• Ability to create and present training for coworkers and customers.
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in Spanish.
• Upper‑Intermediate oral and written proficiency in English.

Work Arrangement

Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in‑office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
