Formación

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising.
  • Experience with at least two DSPs like DV360 or The Trade Desk.
  • Able to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.

As a Senior Technical Account Manager at DV, you will serve as the primary post-sale contact for Scibids clients, overseeing pilot and BAU campaign execution, ensuring excellent client experience, strong results, and growth opportunities.

You will collaborate with Sales and Presales teams to deliver a seamless customer journey and represent the client’s voice within Scibids.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

Campaign Management

  • Manage Pilot campaigns during testing and BAU campaigns after scaling, leveraging Scibids AI technology.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot campaign setup and performance within DSPs to ensure effectiveness.

Client Communication & Relationship Building

  • Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, providing support and maintaining satisfaction.
  • Communicate regularly to address questions, provide campaign insights, and share performance recommendations.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with Pre-Sales on onboarding new clients and optimizing campaign setups.
  • Coordinate with the Scibids solutions team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Liaise with internal teams such as Sales and Client Partners.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Lead performance review sessions, campaign wrap-ups, and reporting to demonstrate ROI and strategic value.
  • Analyze key metrics and suggest optimizations and new strategies based on results.

Upselling & Growth

  • Develop strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients.
  • Scale successful pilots into BAU, identify expansion opportunities, and promote new features.

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of experience in programmatic trading, analytics, or customer success in digital advertising.
  • Experience with at least two DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Amazon, or Yahoo; knowledge of Meta & Google Ads is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Portuguese proficiency is a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects.
  • Energetic, proactive, and ambitious to grow within the team.
