Job Overview

The IT Technician Lead at BorgWarner Ramos is primarily responsible for overall service delivery of IT technical services and operations at the location.

They are also accountable for compliance with BorgWarner IT Standard regulations (soft/hardware) and will lead and guide the local support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages customer expectations/needs and utilizes IT metrics/scorecards/reporting to communicate between the business relationship manager and the technical community.
• Ensures all new IT services meet global and local standards.
• Works effectively with other IT Service Teams and functional areas across various regions.
• Maintains a strong relationship with the Business Relationship Manager to partner in delivering services to customers.
