A global technology company is seeking an HR professional in Monterrey, Nuevo León. This role focuses on driving organizational effectiveness and managing talent within a dynamic environment. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Administrative or Human Resources Engineering, have 5 to 7 years of HR experience, and be fluent in English. Proficiency in HR software (SAP, Oracle) is also required. This position offers an opportunity to influence key HR initiatives across the organization.

Formación

• 5 to 7 years of experience as an HR generalist, change management, or in manufacturing HR.
• Some experience in Human Resources.
• Ability to navigate in a highly matrixed environment.
