Mitratech Holdings Inc is seeking a Software Engineer IV to join their global team. In this role, you will develop and enhance enterprise-grade workflow automation software in a collaborative environment, involving significant interaction with internal stakeholders and clients. The position requires strong technical expertise in .Net and a passion for mentoring junior engineers.

Job Overview
As a part of our expansion, we are searching for a Software Engineer IV to join us and work closely with a geographically distributed team across US, Mexico, UK and India. In this role, you will be deeply involved in the development, maintenance, testing and deployment of our industry leading enterprise grade workflow automation product, TAP.
As an integral member of a global engineering team, responsibilities include development, fixing customer reported defects, unit and functional tests before deploying the high-quality releases to the production environment. The role requires working closely with various internal stakeholders such as Support, Services, Product Management and Customer Success function.
