A global communications firm in Mexico City is seeking a Social Media Account Executive to manage social media accounts and create content calendars. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience and be bilingual in English and Spanish. This role offers a hybrid work model and growth opportunities within the firm.

At our Mexico office, we are looking for creative and strategic talent who are passionate about the digital world. We are looking for a Social Media Account Executive.

Responsibilities
  • Create, plan, and manage content calendars for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, among others).
  • Monitor social trends and propose innovative ideas for digital campaigns.
  • Write creative copy in both English and Spanish, aligned with each brand’s tone of voice.
  • Collaborate with design, paid media, and strategy teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Track performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay up to date with best practices in social media and digital culture.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts and creating content calendars.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) – strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.).
  • Strong creativity, copywriting skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, organized, and collaborative mindset.
