Accounting & A/R Specialist

We’re looking for a full-time remote accounting team member to support daily accounting and A/R operations. This role requires high accuracy, exceptional organizational skills, strong Excel skills, and the ability to follow written instructions exactly. We operate in a fast-moving team environment, so the ideal candidate is resourceful, reliable, organized, accurate, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities:
  • Pay vendor and contractor invoices
  • Submit invoices to clients for reimbursement
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R)
  • Reconcile contractor A/R to payments made
  • Written communication, with high English proficiency, to clients
  • Coordinate with internal team members to complete tasks
Required:
  • Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, accuracy, filtering, ability to create your own Workbooks)
  • QuickBooks Online experience – not required, but desired
  • Excellent written and conversational English
  • High numerical accuracy and data entry skills

We are looking for a fast, consistent, and detail-oriented Bilingual Virtual Assistant to handle lead generation and qualification for our construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction, ideally commercial painting, who enjoys repetitive work, works well independently, and can move quickly without losing accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Review and process a high volume of construction projects daily.
  • Tag and classify leads based on defined qualification rules.
  • Work daily in BuildingConnected and other lead platforms such as PlanHub, ConstructConnect, and GC plan rooms.
  • Monitor lead-related emails and route information appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate tracking in Google Sheets or internal systems.
  • Follow established processes consistently.
  • Flag issues or edge cases when rules do not clearly apply.
  • Participate in weekly review meetings with estimators.
  • Take ownership of assigned workload and meet daily volume expectations.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of remote work experience in lead generation, construction support, or similar roles.
  • Comfortable working with repetitive tasks at high volume.
  • Able to process information quickly and accurately.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Compensation

This role begins with a three-month trial period at a fixed monthly rate. After the trial, compensation will be reviewed and adjusted within the published range based on performance and consistency. The monthly range is 20,000 to 26,000 MXN.
