A global digital transformation leader is seeking a Service Now Developer - Technical Consultant to work remotely. This full-time position involves engaging closely with customers to understand their needs, proposing effective solutions, and leading the technical delivery of those solutions. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with the Service-Now platform, particularly HRSD, ITOM, and ITSM, along with relevant certifications. Formación

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with the Service-Now platform.

Work closely with customers to understand and translate their business and technical requirements, propose solutions to business problems, and lead the technical delivery of the chosen solution.

Qualifications

Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-Now.com platform for 3 years.

Preferred Skills

ServiceNow knowledge of the following products is a MUST: HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery), ITOM (IT Operations Management), ITSM (IT Service Management), ITOM (IT Asset Management)
