A leading technology company in Monterrey is seeking a Senior WordPress Website Developer to create and maintain a cutting-edge, mobile-responsive website. You will build and optimize the marketing site using WordPress, leading a junior developer and implementing SEO best practices. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in front-end development, fluent communication skills in English and Spanish, and a strong background in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The role involves up to 10% travel within the US.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience as a front-end developer in a fast-paced environment, specializing in WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Node/NPM, Webpack, and Tailwind CSS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in business English and Spanish.
• Keen attention to detail with a track record of delivering projects on-time and within budget.

Responsabilidades

• Build, extend, maintain, and optimize our marketing website using the WordPress CMS.
• Lead and mentor a junior WordPress developer.
• Implement technical SEO best practices to enhance site visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
