A technology consulting firm is looking for a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Java technologies to contribute to software development lifecycle. You will be responsible for analyzing user requirements, developing, and testing applications, as well as resolving technical issues. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Core Java, J2EE, and related tools. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering is required. This role is based in Mexico and offers a salary range of 50,000 - 75,000 MXN gross monthly.

Formación

• Experience in Core Java and J2EE technologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Credit Risk domain is preferred.

Job Location: Mexico

Senior Software Engineer – Java Technologies

In this role, you will:

• Contribute to all stages of software development lifecycle
• Analyze user requirements to define business objectives
• Develop and test software
• Identify and resolve any technical issues arising
• Develop technical designs for application development
• Develop multimedia applications
• Write well designed, testable code
• Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging
• Manage Java and Java EE application development
• Prepare and produce releases of software components
• Support continuous improvement, investigating alternatives and technologies, and presenting for architectural review
• Develop documentation to help users

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Working experience in Core Java and J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot
• Real-time experience with JUnit, GitHub, Maven, GIT, MQ
• Working experience with Hibernate or Spring JDBC
• Nice to have DevOps tools like Jenkins and Agile Scrum process and Jira
• Nice to have Credit Risk Domain Experience
• Knowledge of Credit Risk domain would be preferred
• Working experience on Credit Risk management applications will be an added advantage
• Knowledge and experience on MongoDB would be an added advantage
