About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Operations Manager to own and optimize our Salesforce environment, deliver data‑driven insights, and enable our go‑to‑market teams across a complex suite of financial products. This role combines technical Salesforce expertise, advanced sales and GTM analytics, and cross‑functional partnership to drive scalable processes, accurate forecasting, and operational excellence. This role sits within the Finance Org (FP&A) and acts as a key partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
What you'll do
· Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, responsible for system configuration, data integrity, user management, security settings, and governance across a multi‑product platform.
· Design, build, and maintain custom objects, flows, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, and automated workflows.
· Translate complex workflows and pricing structures into scalable Salesforce processes.
· Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to map and optimize end‑to‑end revenue lifecycle processes (lead → opportunity → contract → billing).
· Ensure Salesforce change management, documentation, and release cycles follow best practices.
· Own end‑to‑end sales analytics including pipeline health, funnel conversion, productivity metrics, compensation impacts, and performance trends.
· Build robust, accurate forecasting models incorporating multi‑product pricing logic and revenue recognition nuances.
· Perform root‑cause analysis and identify patterns impacting sales efficiency, win rates, churn, and expansion.
· Develop scalable data quality frameworks (validation, cleansing routines, exception reporting).
· Own and manage Sales Ops processes: pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning and quota setting.
· Build clear, executive‑ready dashboards in Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI that visualize complex product performance and GTM KPIs.
· Create self‑service reporting frameworks for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
· Deliver data‑driven insights to senior leadership, including monthly/quarterly business reviews (MBR/QBR).
· Standardize reporting packages for pipeline, forecast, bookings, revenue attribution, and product‑level performance.
