Responsibilities
  • Conduct final‑round interviews with shortlisted candidates, assessing both technical fit and alignment with client culture and values.
  • Write clear, structured candidate evaluations to support internal decision‑making and client presentations.
  • Partner with recruiters and account managers to refine candidate profiles throughout the hiring process.
  • Match top candidates to open roles by assessing qualifications, motivations, and long‑term fit.
  • Guide candidates through the final stages of the recruitment journey, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from interview to offer.
  • Provide timely, thoughtful feedback to candidates, helping maintain a high standard of candidate experience.
  • Join calibration discussions to align on hiring bar, candidate expectations, and interview consistency across the team.
  • Assist with hiring‑related documentation, tracking systems, and process improvements to support a seamless recruitment operation.
  • Contribute to special projects or team initiatives—whether improving interview guides, supporting client feedback loops, or updating role requirements.
  • Collaborate with teammates across functions to ensure a cohesive, high‑touch hiring process that reflects our standards and values.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in recruiting, interviewing, or HR.
