Responsibilities
- Responsible for establishing and improving the company's ISO9001 quality system, planning and implementing annual internal and external audits.
- Responsible for establishing and revising standardized documents, conducting training related to the system, and managing the controlled issuance and archiving of system documents;
- Participate in the preparation of quality documents for power distribution products in data centers, including quality procedure documents, quality specifications, and quality inspection standards.
- Organize quality monitoring of raw materials and components supplied by suppliers, conduct regular statistical analysis of supplier product quality, provide timely feedback on quality issues, and require corrective measures to be taken.
- Identify, isolate, and document quality issues discovered during inspections. Conduct investigation and analysis of quality issues, identify the causes, and make improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Quality Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- More than eight years of quality management experience in medium and low voltage electrical products or other related products, familiar with the quality management requirements of data center distribution equipment.
- Familiar with quality management system standards such as ISO9001, IATF16949, QC080000, ESD, ISO17025, ISO26262, BCM, etc. Experience in independently building systems is preferred.
- Proficient in cross-cultural communication and collaboration, goal oriented.
- English can be used as a working language
