You'll troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues across Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure while mentoring junior engineers. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of IT support experience and strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, alongside scripting capabilities in PowerShell.

Formación

• 7+ years in IT support with at least 3+ years at Tier 3 level.
• Proven experience managing service providers.
• Proficient in writing/debugging automation scripts.

Responsabilidades

• Final escalation tier for advanced issues on Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure.
• Troubleshoot challenges in cloud infrastructure and security.
• Manage Microsoft Intune and secure Microsoft 365 environments.
