A fast-growing proptech startup is seeking a B2B demand generation leader to drive marketing strategy and optimize campaigns. This remote position is ideal for someone with over 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in SaaS for SMBs. You will work closely with sales to ensure alignment on MQLs and lead scoring while experimenting with new channels. The role offers significant autonomy and an opportunity to shape the marketing direction of a rapidly scaling company in Mexico.

Formación

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment targeting SMBs.
  • Technical proficiency with CRMs and marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills regarding CAC and LTV.

Drive MQLs, optimize funnels, and shape marketing strategy alongside founders and sales.

This is a remote position for someone, ideally in Mexico.

Written and verbal English is a must for this position.

Now, we’re looking for a growth‑minded marketer to take the reins and scale what’s working—while also testing what’s next.

You’ll be the quarterback of our B2B demand generation efforts, working directly with the founding team and sales org to drive high‑quality marketing‑qualified leads (MQLs).

Expect autonomy, impact, and room to build.

This isn’t a “manage the agency” role.

It’s a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves, write‑the‑copy, run‑the‑campaign, build‑the‑funnel kind of job.

What You’ll Do : Responsibilities and day‑to‑day
  • Lead Demand Gen : Build, launch, and optimize paid, organic, and event‑driven campaigns to fuel the sales pipeline with high‑quality MQLs.
  • Own the Funnel : Track and optimize conversion rates from click to close.

You’ll know your CAC from your LTV and tweak accordingly.

  • Be Sales’ Best Friend : Work hand‑in‑hand with the sales team to align on MQL criteria, lead scoring, and follow‑up tactics.
  • Drive Events : Plan and attend industry events like NARPM, helping generate visibility and pipeline.
  • Experiment Boldly : Test new channels and formats.
  • Scale what works.
  • Cut what doesn’t.
Qualifications
  • Have 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally at a SaaS company targeting SMBs.
  • You’re technical.
  • Ideally, you’ve used CRMs like Hubspot, communication tools like Customer.io, website tools like Webflow.
  • Love owning pipeline and can confidently talk CAC, LTV, and funnel math.
  • Are a doer, not just a strategist.
  • Enjoy collaborating across teams—especially sales, product, and leadership.
  • Thrive in a fast‑moving environment with lots of autonomy.
  • Open to some travel for conferences.
