• 10+ years of experience in Quality, R&D, and Production roles.
• Deep understanding of food regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing diverse, multicultural teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product quality compliance across LATAM co-manufacturing operations.
• Implement quality systems to ensure product consistency.
• Audit and evaluate co-man plants to align with standards.
