A global automotive development company located in Puebla is looking for a Senior Logistic Analyst to create and optimize logistic processes. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's in Logistics or a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience with Siemens Plant Simulation. Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is essential, along with programming skills in SimTalk, Python, or VBA. This role offers a 1-year contract.

DESCRIPTION

• Create models of logistic and productive processes in Plant Simulation.


• Design and optimize material flows, warehouse and internal transport.


• Analyze bottleneck issues, cycle time and the installed capacity.


• Propose improvement in layout, process and logistic resources.


• Collaborate with production, engineering and IT to implement solutions.


• Create technical reports and presentations of the simulation results.


• Validate models with real data and adjust according to operative results.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering. Desirable postgraduate degree in optimization, simulation or supply chain.


• 3+ years of experience in simulation with Siemens Plant Simulation.


• Must have experience in the automotive industry.


• Knowledge in logistics, inventory management, transport, distribution and supply chain.


• Analysis tools: Advanced Excel, Power BI, ERP (SAP, Oracle), database.


• Desirable experience programming. Knowledge in SimTalk Python or VBA.


• Fluent English.


• 1 year contract.
