Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in financial planning and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly financial closings and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Oversee KPI/Operational reporting to provide accurate financial insights.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Conocimientos

English Skills written and speaking

Good math, accounting and analytical skills

Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Working knowledge of ERPs (SAP preferred) and BI tools

Proficient in cost-based accounting principles/GAAP

Excellent communication skills

Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field

At least 5 years of prior experience in a similar role
