Job Overview

Senior Email Marketing Manager – Full‑Time Contractor, Remote (LATAM preferred, PST hours).
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM PST.
Compensation: USD $1,500–$2,000/month (DOE).

Responsibilities

• Architect multi‑branch automation flows that scale across campaigns and triggers.
• Build predictive segments to personalize offers and drive repeat purchases.
• Analyze cohort performance, revenue attribution, and deliverability metrics.
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to align brand voice and growth KPIs.
• Manage integrations and optimize sender reputation for maximum inbox placement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in email marketing and retention strategy.
• 3+ years as a Klaviyo power user managing automations and predictive analytics.
• Demonstrated experience with data segmentation and revenue attribution reporting.
• Proven record of optimizing deliverability and sender reputation across campaigns.
• Authorized to work as an independent contractor; remote role aligned to PST hours.
• Reliable wired internet connection (25 Mbps+) with backup option.
