You will thrive at Zemoga if you have:

• High skills in editing principles. Has advanced knowledge of editing software, creating longer pieces of video. Knows the process of video editing and enhances storytelling through it. Produces coherent and highly appealing videos using provided materials and/or stock imagery and audio.
• Brand understanding: is considered a brand manager, having a clear understanding of the target audience and how the brand connects with the users on every platform, to produce visual work and provide guidance to other designers.
• Conceptualization & ideation: actively participates and sometimes leads ideation processes, provides references, delivers well‑structured ideas, and helps define communication concepts, with a deep understanding of key objectives and the context of where the ideas are going to live.
• Exploration: explore with a purpose. Knows when to explore, chooses the best option and moves on.
• Attention to detail: can deliver flawless work without others’ review. Anticipates and considers scenarios others in the team have not identified yet, and helps the team deliver what’s expected, including additional scenarios.
• Platform knowledge: delivers high-quality visual assets for web, mobile, social, and video, with a deep understanding of how they perform according to key objectives and the media they will live on. Provides several options and finds insights according to previous learnings and/or data provided and guides junior designers.
• Good English skills (B2 or higher – you’ll be working with our international clients).
