A leading recruitment firm is looking for a Bilingual Sourcer Recruiter to focus on sourcing salaried manufacturing roles in Mexico. Candidates should have proven recruiting experience, strong English skills, and be comfortable working remotely. This temporary contract allows for benefits per Mexican labor law, including vacation days and an aguinaldo bonus. Permanent hire benefits include medical insurance and an annual bonus.

Job Description

Bilingual Sourcer Recruiter

100% remote, equipment will be provided

You can work anywhere in Mexico

M-F

Salary: $21,000 to 24,000 (Depending on experience)

Internet reimbursement (Monthly)

Primary Focus

To source : Salaried manufacturing / plant employees: Engineers, Quality Control, Supervisors, Managers, and above.

Experience recruiting for corporate-type roles is still valuable, but the immediate focus is on plant / manufacturing roles.

Healthcare

Manufacturing industry experience is a strong plus.

Key Requirements Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in salaried / higher-level recruiting
• Strong English language skills (written and spoken).
• Skilled in preparing high-quality, thoughtful candidate submissions.
• Able to work on diverse recruiting needs if required.
• Comfortable leveraging tools (e.g., AI) to refine candidate communications
• US clients experience (Preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: 100% registered with IMSS, Afore, Infonavit, etc.

Contract: Temporary (initial 3 months, renewable for an additional 3 months, until accumulating 12 months for full contract planta).

Benefits (per Mexican labor law)

• 12 days of vacation (starting period)
• 25% vacation premium
• 15 days of aguinaldo (year-end bonus)

Additional Benefits upon permanent hire (Planta)

• Medical Insurance – NYL (after 12 months of service)
• Annual bonus equivalent to 15 days' salary (paid in December)
• Permanent contract will honor your original hire date
