Formación

• Minimum of 8 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house.
• Experience with technology/IP focused companies preferred.
• Ability to manage simultaneous contract negotiations within changing deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial contracts.
• Provide actionable guidance on contracting concerns.
• Conduct technical product reviews including regulatory aspects.
