Are you passionate about building AI systems that make a real impact? We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions across NLP, computer vision, and analytics. This is a hands-on role where you will also mentor others and help shape the technical roadmap as we scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML models.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong experience in at least one of:
• NLP (transformers, GPT, sentence encoders)
• Computer Vision (YOLO, Mask R-CNN, U-Net)
• Proven ability to build data pipelines, preprocess, and work with real-world datasets.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud AI platforms (e.g., SageMaker, GCP).
• Familiarity with real-time inference, model optimization, and serving APIs.
• Solid understanding of MLOps (monitoring, CI/CD for ML, automated retraining).

Core Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML pipelines: data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build and deploy models across domains:
• NLP (LLMs, transformers)
• Computer Vision (YOLO, Mask R-CNN)
• Data Analytics & Inference Systems
• Create scalable AI infrastructure for real-time, reliable, and retrainable systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
• Optimize models for inference speed, size, and robustness using tools like ONNX or TensorRT.
• Develop APIs and services that integrate AI directly into products.
• Mentor junior engineers and raise the technical bar across the team.
• Stay ahead of the curve by bringing in the latest AI research and techniques.
• Drive MLOps excellence through retraining, feedback loops, and lifecycle model management.
