Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Manage day-to-day operations of the PQGC Ariba SLP, CLM, and Sourcing applications. Support includes delivering production solutions through collaboration with Business Process Owners, GBS, Ariba (SAP), Accenture, and PepsiCo technical teams at both sector and global levels.

Your Impact

As Sector IT Sr. Analyst, your scope includes:

  • Providing sector support and governance for PQGC markets for Ariba Buying to support end-to-end service operations.
  • Ensuring support of the production environment within SLAs, following defined processes and procedures.
  • Serving as escalation point for IT OPS Sector Services, including SLA breaches and critical incident management.
  • Monitoring technical KPIs and services, defining metrics, and reporting to leadership teams.
  • Supporting IT performance reviews with business and IT leadership, and vendors.
  • Assisting with CR releases and small system enhancements, prioritizing with business leads.
  • Conducting sector BPO CAB meetings to govern CR releases.
  • Providing IT approval for deployments of changes and fixes into production.
  • Managing service controls for applications, ensuring compliance with IT controls.
  • Supporting regression testing and vendor relationships to optimize performance.
  • Leading team resources, prioritizing work, and ensuring effective resource utilization.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience

  • At least 3 years in Production Support, preferably SAP.
  • Experience in project delivery and collaborating with IT and business teams.
  • Knowledge of IT Operations Sustain model and tools.
  • Experience managing MSPs is a plus.
  • Background in Procurement preferred.
  • SaaS and cloud-based applications experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Ariba SLP, CLM, Sourcing, and MDG integration.
  • Effective communication skills across organizational levels.
