A leading global access solutions provider in Cuautitlán Izcalli is looking for a SAP Finance Consultant to manage and support the design and implementation of the Financial Accounting and Controlling template. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's or master’s degree along with at least 10 years of consulting experience, focusing on SAP FICO configuration and implementation. This role offers opportunities for both office-based and remote work with occasional international travel requirements.

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is rolling out SAP S/4 HANA across the Division which will enable and support its business expansion strategy in line with the new operating business model.

PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE

Manage, support, and assist in the design and implementation of the Financial Accounting and Controlling template including configurations and determining the best ways to use S/4 HANA by merging business and IT needs, and focusing on utilizing the system for the greatest efficiency and utilization.

KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Being part of Global IT team and responsible for SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) configuration and associated developments are designed, built, tested & deployed according to S/4 HANA best practices.
• Lead and support the Finance Area in the SAP implementation project from an IT perspective and ensure timely completion of related project activities with key focus on quality.
• Responsible for creating/maintaining functional specifications for WRICEF (Workflow, Report, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement, Forms) objects.
• Analyse, create and document business processes during the project implementation.
• Support larger project team during configuration, testing, training, migration, cutover, go‑live and upgrade phases.
• Support incidents or change requests for the live Business units.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations / roll outs & support experience in FICO in S/4 HANA or SAP ECC Projects.
• Should have a strong integration knowledge between FI-SD, FI-MM, FI-PP.
• Should have a strong knowledge Bank master setup, electronic bank statement (EBS) configuration, and cash management.
• Proven experience in design, concept, principles, and configuration in SAP FICO area.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously (implementations, enhancements of ERP templates etc.)

SELECTION CRITERIA

ESSENTIAL:

• Bachelor / master’s degree in business, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline is required with minimum 10 years of consulting experience with multiple Industries.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations / roll outs & support experience in FICO in S/4 HANA or SAP ECC Projects with a minimum experience of 5 years.
• Proven experience in design, concept, principles, and configuration in SAP FICO area.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously (implementations, enhancements of ERP templates etc.)
• Strong communication skills in English, self‑driven and motivated.
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline.

DESIRABLE:

• SAP Certification in SAP Financial Accounting/Controlling.

• Working times are European time zone, however open to be available in APAC/US time zone as well for the need basis.
