A technology-driven customer support company in Guadalajara is seeking Sales Development Representatives to enhance their operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a contact center and possess strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Responsibilities include guiding a team, improving processes, and ensuring high-quality service. Full-time availability and on-site work are required. Formación

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a contact center environment as a Team Leader.
  • Experience in customer services projects preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide direction and communication to employees for efficient service.
  • Evaluate processes and procedures continually.
  • Manage and motivate CSRs to meet KPIs.
  • Assist Operations Manager with customer complaints.
  • Monitor team performance metrics.
