Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

The role of Commercial Reporting Analyst supports CatMan teams by managing and analyzing data from various sources to generate reports for the Category Leadership team. It involves gathering requirements, documenting needs, managing activities, and generating insights as requested.

Your Impact:

  • Analyze requests or issues and provide solutions using existing tools or by developing new functionalities.
  • Optimize processes by applying best practices.
  • Establish processes to identify, track, escalate, resolve, and report customer problems.
  • Participate in activities to improve performance and ensure SLAs.
  • Attend meetings with CatLeads to gather functional requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare Business Intelligence specifications and assess projects.
  • Execute reports according to SLAs.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education:

Bachelor’s, Associate, or Technical degree in progress in fields like Accounting, Business Administration, Data & Analytics, Computer Science, or Engineering.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Understanding of business analytics and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Business Objects, MicroStrategy, Oracle, etc.).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Desirable: Basic knowledge of Power BI.
  • Knowledge of data governance models and Customer/Category hierarchies (desirable).
  • Experience creating dynamic dashboards and reports at various detail levels, using PepsiCo standards where possible.
  • Basic English communication skills.
