About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Sales Executive Specialist to help grow adoption of a SaaS platform that supports operations, workforce management, and performance tracking for distributed teams. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, building strong relationships with decision-makers, and driving revenue through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close
  • Identify and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound channels
  • Conduct product demos that clearly communicate value and ROI
  • Understand customer pain points and align solutions to operational needs
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to optimize messaging and conversions
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or solutions selling
  • Proven track record of closing deals and managing pipelines
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable selling to operations, logistics, or business leaders
  • Experience using CRMs and sales tools
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
