This team connects data strategy, media activation, and revenue growth by delivering innovative, data‑driven advertising solutions in close collaboration with cross‑functional teams. The mission is to ensure that advertisers can fully leverage programmatic media strategies with Netflix advertising products through a consultative approach, where audiences, smart bidding and measurement play a fundamental role, driving client success and expanding programmatic investment allocations.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Solutions Specialist (Emerging Business) to join our Salesór Solutions team. In this role, the candidate will drive revenue growth for small and medium‑sized advertisers buying Netflix programmatically in the LATAM region, always within a consultative sales framework.
The role includes collaborating with programmatic channel partners (such as trade desks, DSPs, and aggregators) to accelerate inbound demand and drive adoption from new advertisers, particularly local advertisers/agencies. This involves leading consultative commercial activities that directly enable growth, including pitching, upselling, optimisation, retention, and renewal.
We are a team of specialists who curate and execute inventory strategies enabling emerging programmatic buyers to invest effectively and achieve their campaign objectives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in ad tech, martech, and programmatic advertising, strong analytical and data‑driven problem‑solving skills and excellent communication abilities. They should be a proven high‑performer with a track record of delivering results in fast‑paced, demanding environments.
