About The Team

The Sales Solutions inherently act as a strategic overlay to client and agency sales, as well as account management teams. The team specializes in client technology integrations, audience‑driven media strategies, and consultative programmatic media sales, spanning direct clients, agencies, and partners such as trade desks, DSPs, and aggregators.

This team connects data strategy, media activation, and revenue growth by delivering innovative, data‑driven advertising solutions in close collaboration with cross‑functional teams. The mission is to ensure that advertisers can fully leverage programmatic media strategies with Netflix advertising products through a consultative approach, where audiences, smart bidding and measurement play a fundamental role, driving client success and expanding programmatic investment allocations.

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Solutions Specialist (Emerging Business) to join our Salesór Solutions team. In this role, the candidate will drive revenue growth for small and medium‑sized advertisers buying Netflix programmatically in the LATAM region, always within a consultative sales framework.

The role includes collaborating with programmatic channel partners (such as trade desks, DSPs, and aggregators) to accelerate inbound demand and drive adoption from new advertisers, particularly local advertisers/agencies. This involves leading consultative commercial activities that directly enable growth, including pitching, upselling, optimisation, retention, and renewal.

We are a team of specialists who curate and execute inventory strategies enabling emerging programmatic buyers to invest effectively and achieve their campaign objectives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in ad tech, martech, and programmatic advertising, strong analytical and data‑driven problem‑solving skills and excellent communication abilities. They should be a proven high‑performer with a track record of delivering results in fast‑paced, demanding environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify high‑potential clients and grow programmatic inbound demand to meet or exceed consultative조회 sales targets, ensuring client satisfaction, retention and renewal.
  • Consult with clients to define the optimal strategy for their programmatic campaigns, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and client goals.
  • Collaborate with trade desks, DSPs and aggregators to maximise reach and revenue, create demand and develop scalable mechanisms and playbooks to unlock new clients and expand high‑potential opportunities.
  • Develop and scale best practices in a predictable and repeatable manner across partners to enhance discoverability and facilitate effective buying.
  • Monitor trends and assess aanbieden of always‑on deals (spend, new advertisers, growth, churn, accounts ready for graduation) and use insights to refine deal curation strategies.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging technologies to inform strategy receptions and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising and client‑facing roles with strong analytical focus.
  • Experience with annual brand and media planning; deep knowledge of ad tech, martech, and programmatic advertising, including industry trends, emerging technologies, and the evolving programmatic landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, negotiation and relationship‑building skills, with a proven consultative approach. Portuguese is a plus.
Success in this Role Means
  • Achieving or exceeding revenue targets for the emerging business segment through both aggregator/reseller channels and programmatic DSP partners.
  • Driving a measurable increase in inbound programmatic sales volume and efficiency from emerging account buyers.
  • Building strong, strategic relationships with clients, key aggregators, resellers and DSP partners, fostering long‑term collaboration and mutual growth.
  • Developing and implementing data‑driven strategies that improve sales processes, partner performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Providing actionable market insights to emerging account buyers and partners that improve campaign performance and increase client investment.
  • Enhancing operational efficiencies and removing barriers to scale for emerging account buyers and partners.
