Responsibilities

This is how your day to day will look like at MEDLIFE :

  • Generate and prospect leads through social media outreach, analyze profiles, and DM new followers to generate outbound leads and increase awareness of MEDLIFE's mission.
  • Qualify both inbound and outbound leads based on specific criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team or relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage and execute multi‑channel outreach (cold calls, video calls, emails, texts) to engage prospects and maintain strong lead relationships.
  • Lead info sessions, presentations, and webinars to inform, inspire, and recruit potential volunteers and student leaders.
  • Conduct consistent follow‑ups to nurture leads and keep them actively engaged across multiple marketing channels.
  • Mentor student leaders and support volunteers during service‑learning trips, strengthening the connection with MED International.
  • Perform additional volunteer‑related interaction tasks as needed to support operational goals.
  • Collaborate in a hybrid, remote, and cross‑cultural work environment, adapting to dynamic priorities and fast‑paced workflows.
Qualifications
  • Recent graduates of Business Administration, International Development, Global Health or related fields (This is not a senior position).
  • 1+ year of working experience in sales or customer service.
  • Native‑level equivalent English skills required.
  • Experience in public speaking, working with youth, and managing volunteers.
  • Cultural sensitivity and understanding of international development issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be flexible about responsibilities.
  • Live in Peru or flexibility to spend some seasons in Peru during our SLTs.
  • Nice to Have – 1+ year of working experience in International Development, Global Health, Sales.
  • Knowledge about prospecting leads through different channels.
  • Project management experience – experience with CRM softwares.
