A major eCommerce company in Veracruz, Mexico, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to build relationships and provide solutions that meet customer needs. The candidate should have over 8 years in management roles and at least 2 years of experience leading teams. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a Master's. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.
After the acquisition, the account manager will build the success of those accounts by providing business insights, training, support and seller education.
