A major eCommerce company in Veracruz, Mexico, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to build relationships and provide solutions that meet customer needs. The candidate should have over 8 years in management roles and at least 2 years of experience leading teams. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a Master's. Strong skills in teamwork, communication, and a consultative approach to selling are essential in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Formación

  • 8+ years of experience in roles such as Account Management, Sales, or Retail.
  • At least 2 years of managing sales teams.
  • Experience in eCommerce, online advertising, retail technology, or IT.

Responsabilidades

  • 8+ years of experience in roles such as Account Management, Sales, Retail Buyer / Associate buyer, In-stock planner / allocator, Finance / analyst roles, Marketing / merchandising roles, Product management roles or Project management roles.
  • At least 2 years of managing sales teams.

Specifically, this individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.

After the acquisition, the account manager will build the success of those accounts by providing business insights, training, support and seller education.

  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Experience selling nascent products / services into new markets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - Work experience preferably in the eCommerce, on-line advertising, retail technology, or IT industries
  • History of exceeding targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
