ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Representative for the South Africa market, as part of the Growth Markets. We're looking for someone with a demonstrated sales aptitude and excellent closing skills fluent in Afrikaans and English.

Things You'll Do
  • Drive our business forward by reaching and exceeding your sales goals.
  • Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans. Using a cold calling strategy, build relationships with potential clients, uncover the true needs of their business, and recommend the right ADP products and services.
  • Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cross-selling into existing accounts by putting the spotlight on ADP's other shiny, new products and solutions.
  • Collaborate daily with both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining good customer relations.
Experience You Need

ADP is looking for experienced sales representatives to complete our inside team that is targeting our multi-country product market. Focused on enlarging our footprint across targeted growth markets worldwide.

If you have experience in building a portfolio of prospects from scratch, with multi-country clients, have experience in driving end to end Sales cycles then we are looking for you.

  • 5-8 years of successful sales experience in business-to-business sales in Large or Enterprise/Global Accounts environments.
  • Outbound prospecting & independent territory management.
  • Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated with excellent closing skills.
  • A goal-oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas.
  • Well organized with highly effective time and activity management skills.
  • Must be goal-oriented; must be able to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas.
  • Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office.
  • Fluent in both Afrikaans and English.

Our ideal candidate:

  • 5-8 years of selling experience
  • Experience in making territory plans, targeting verticals, outbound sales activity
  • Experience in working with clients with a multi-level DMU
  • Pro-active, independent within a team environment
  • Preferably a background in selling SAAS solutions, Payroll, financial services, HCM, ERP, or CRM platforms
  • Experience in cold calling, discovery calls, aligning client needs with solutions, and presenting them in an engaging and effective way
  • Strong virtual communication skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn sales navigator, PowerPoint, virtual meeting platforms
